Admission to the major with GPA of at least 2.70 and completion of at least one upper division course or completion of one semester of BIOL 299. Consent of instructor and undergraduate adviser. Completion of the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement or the eligibility to enroll in an upper division writing course.
